When you order a custom plush, you pick the fur tone you want — we work from a small set of swatches to keep the match consistent, then cut and stitch each piece by hand to order. Nothing is pulled from a shelf of pre-made stock in your color; it's made after you order it, which is why customs take a little longer to ship than our ready-made pieces.
We keep the construction the same across every colorway — same pattern, same stitching, same fill — so the only thing that changes is the color you chose. That consistency is what lets us offer custom colors at all without turning every order into a one-off experiment.
